Terms of Use

DriveHub for iPhone and iPad, and drivehubmileage.com · Last updated 12 September 2026

The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard licence agreement; purchases are made through Apple; mileage figures are a convenience, not tax advice.

Who provides DriveHub

DriveHub and drivehubmileage.com are provided by Zamiralov Media Oy, Klovinkallio 6 D 25, 02180 Espoo, Finland. Business ID 3442578-7 (Finnish Trade Register), VAT FI34425787. Contact: andrei@zamiralov.fi.

The app licence

DriveHub is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). Those terms govern your use of the app. Nothing on this page limits the rights that EULA or your local consumer law give you.

Pro, subscriptions and refunds

DriveHub Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in your currency before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed and cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Free trials are for first-time subscribers; an unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Payment, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms (reportaproblem.apple.com).

If Pro ends, your recorded trips stay in the app, readable and editable; only exporting reports stops.

Rates and tax information

The mileage rates in the app and the country guides on this website are taken from official sources and dated, and we work to keep them current. They are provided for convenience and are not tax, legal or accounting advice. Rules depend on your circumstances and change; confirm how they apply to you with your tax authority or adviser before filing. You are responsible for the records and claims you submit.

Automatic tracking

Automatic tracking depends on iOS, your settings and your phone's condition, and no tracker records every drive. DriveHub is built to tell you when a drive appears to be missing so you can recover or add it, but please review your trips before relying on a report.

This website

You may read, link to and share the pages of this website. The DriveHub name, icon and the site's text and images belong to Zamiralov Media Oy; Apple's badges and trademarks belong to Apple. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License (licence text).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and a consumer in the EU may bring a claim either in the courts of Finland or in the courts where they live. A consumer may also refer a dispute with us to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board; it handles complaints in Finnish or Swedish. For anything about a purchase, contact Apple or us first — most things are solved by an email.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Changes do not affect purchases you have already made.
