SUPPORT / HOW TO
Set up working hours and a calendar
Use a schedule for regular hours or calendar events for appointments. Check the reason on a trip before relying on its suggested type.

Start with your actual working pattern
Open Settings → Tracking & detection → Working hours. The next screen is called Schedule. Working hours classify trips; they do not limit when the tracker records them. A place rule takes priority, followed by learned route classification, then schedules and calendar rules.
- Add Working Hours, or use the plus menu to choose Working hours or Weekends are personal.
- Open the rule and check its enabled state, weekdays, start and end times, and trip type. Change the preset to match your actual pattern.
- For overlapping rules, use Edit to check and change their order. Check a trip whose time falls within the overlap.

Choose the calendar containing work appointments
Open Settings → Tracking & detection → Work Calendar. Calendar access is optional for route recording. DriveHub reads events on this device and does not write to your calendars. A calendar choice must be made before the rule can classify trips.
- Use Allow Calendar Access. If access was refused, use Open iOS Settings, allow access there and return to DriveHub.
- Turn on Classify from my work calendar and select the specific Calendar used for work. Choose All calendars only if that is genuinely the rule you want.
- If the selected calendar was deleted or is unavailable, choose an available one. An enabled switch alone does not confirm that the calendar rule can run.

Check the title filter and travel time
The calendar rule uses timed events; all-day events are ignored. It also appears in Schedule and participates in that list’s order. If its days or hours were narrowed in the schedule editor, those limits still apply.
- Set Title contains (optional) only if the selected calendar needs an additional event-title filter.
- Choose Travel time around appointments and decide whether Include the drive back matches your use.
- Check a trip near a real event, including the explanation of its type. Compare its time with the event, travel window, schedule and any place rule.

Review the result after enabling the calendar
Enabling the calendar or choosing one checks past trips that still need review. The full classification rules apply during this check; it is not a promise that every matched trip becomes business. Trips you classified yourself are preserved. Recent trips are also rechecked daily, so an event added later may affect an unreviewed trip.
- Wait for the past-trip check to finish and read the number checked and classified.
- Review the affected period and correct exceptions yourself. A trip’s actual purpose still determines the right type.
- After corrections, create a fresh report. Turning a rule off or deleting a schedule does not automatically undo the types already saved.
