SUPPORT / HOW TO
Choose which messages reach you
iOS permission and DriveHub’s own notification choices both affect whether you see a message.

Allow delivery on the iPhone
Open Settings → Notifications in DriveHub; the screen is also available under Tracking & detection. Read iOS Permission at the top before changing the app’s switches. A permission blocked by iOS prevents delivery even when those switches are on.
- Use Allow Notifications if the phone has not asked yet.
- If access is blocked, use Open iOS Settings and allow notifications for DriveHub.
- Choose the iPhone presentation you want, such as Lock Screen or banners, then return to DriveHub.

Keep the messages you need
All Notifications controls the app’s regular messages. Individual switches below it explain what each message is for. Turning the master switch off keeps those individual choices for later; it does not stop recording trips.
- Turn All Notifications on to see and choose the individual types.
- Keep missed-drive or tracking warnings enabled if you want to learn about those problems without opening the app.
- Enable the relevant review, odometer or report reminders and adjust Summary At where it is offered.

Set when ordinary reminders should wait
Quiet Hours delays ordinary reminders until the quiet period ends. Tracking problems and missed-trip warnings bypass DriveHub’s quiet hours. iOS Focus and notification delivery settings can still silence or delay the phone’s presentation.
- Enable Quiet Hours and choose its start and end.
- Check the iPhone’s active Focus if delivery differs from what you expect.
- Keep the app’s quiet-hours setting separate from working hours: one controls reminder timing, the other helps classify trips.

Send a test before diagnosing a missing reminder
Send a Test Notification checks iOS delivery and ignores DriveHub’s own message switches. Receiving the test does not mean every individual reminder is enabled or currently due.
- Tap Send a Test Notification, lock the iPhone and wait a few seconds.
- If the test arrives but a reminder does not, check its individual switch, schedule and whether there is anything due.
- If the test does not arrive, check iOS permission and Focus. Contact support if it still fails.
