SUPPORT / TRIPS AND REPORTS
Add identity details to a report
The Reports tab contains the settings for the document header and the information included in an export. Blank identity fields are omitted from the PDF.

The identity fields sit beside the report options they affect.
Open Reports and tap the gear-shaped Report settings button. The screen is titled Report settings. This is where DriveHub keeps the identity printed on the document and the choices for what the report includes; it is separate from the trip list.
Country / Rate and any applicable vehicle-use or tax-region choices affect calculations and required fields. Options vary by country, vehicle ownership and filing mode.
- Open the Reports tab.
- Tap Report settings in the top-right corner.
- Review Country / Rate and any filing choices shown for your setup.

Enter only details that should appear on exported reports.
Under the report identity section, enter Name and any other applicable details such as Organisation, Business ID, Address or Personal tax number. These fields are optional unless your local filing rules require particular information. DriveHub shows Croatia’s employer fields only for the Croatia-specific record, rather than presenting them as universal questions.
The PDF header prints identity rows that have a value and omits blank rows. A tax number is personal data, syncs with your app data and prints on each export while it remains filled in. Check each value carefully before sharing a report, and clear a field if you do not want it on future exports.
- Enter your name and the organisation details you want on the document.
- Fill optional address or identification fields only when they apply to your filing and you intend to print them.
- Review the note under the identity fields, including any country-specific requirement shown.

Switches govern optional report content; country-required content can stay enabled.
Scroll to In the report. Options can include route maps, changes after recording, calendar events, trip source, odometer readings and personal trips. Each option explains its effect. Some content is required by the selected country or filing mode and may remain on or be unavailable to turn off; the screen explains when that applies.
Route maps add images for trips with recorded GPS routes, enlarge the PDF and expose routes to anyone who receives it. If personal trips cannot be hidden for your setup, the log must show them.
- Read the subtitle under each option before changing it.
- Choose whether optional route maps and other content should appear in the document.
- Check any switch that is locked or unavailable; its note explains the country rule.

A saved setting changes the next export; review the actual document before sharing.
Return to Reports and export the period you need. Open the generated PDF and inspect its first page for the identity header, then check the trip table and any selected appendices. A field that is blank in Report settings will not create an empty identity row in the header.
If you change an identity field or report option after exporting, the existing PDF does not update. Export the period again and inspect the new file. Confirm that the dates, vehicle, included trips and personal information are appropriate before you send or file it.
- Return to Reports and select the period to export.
- Generate a new PDF and check its first-page header and selected content.
- After any change, export again; inspect the new PDF rather than an earlier copy.
