SUPPORT / HOW TO
Bring your log to another device
DriveHub uses your private iCloud database. The Apple Account on the devices decides which history can sync.

Check the phone holding your history
Keep the original phone and its DriveHub data until you have checked the new device. Open Settings → Help & about → iCloud Sync. Set up describes the storage setup; it is not a receipt proving that every trip reached another device.
- Check that the old phone is signed into the Apple Account you intend to use on the new one.
- Check iCloud availability and storage in iPhone Settings. Connect both devices to the internet.
- If you use Pro, you can also save a report of an important period before moving.

Open DriveHub under the same Apple Account
Install DriveHub on the new device with iCloud enabled for the app. Allow time for the history to appear; a new installation need not show the whole log immediately. Recording permissions are device-specific.
- Sign the new device into the same Apple Account and open DriveHub.
- Check older trips and vehicles against the original phone.
- On the new iPhone, complete Tracking & permissions before relying on automatic recording.

Understand the message shown
No iCloud account means the device is not signed in. Restricted points to an account or device restriction. Unavailable can be temporary. Local only means this running app is using local storage, while Not set up yet means the cloud setup has not been established. In memory only needs support attention because storage is temporary.
- Check the exact message on both devices rather than assuming that sign-in alone proves sync works.
- Resolve sign-in, restrictions, connection or full-storage problems in iOS Settings, then return to DriveHub.
- For persistent Local only, Not set up yet or In memory only, contact support with the message and versions.

Compare before making more copies
Check date and vehicle filters on the new device first. Reinstalling or deleting data is a poor first step when that device may hold the only copy of a trip. A missing trip and a missing Pro purchase use different checks.
- Compare the same dated trip on both devices and note which device recorded it.
- Leave the original data in place and report the difference if the history still does not appear.
- If the history is present but Pro is missing, use Restore Purchases.
